I know most people will wonder why me and my man want to go there but I have a friend who I would like to visit. Anyone know how easy it is to go to Haiti from JA? Blessed

I watched Anthony Bourdain's No Reservations and while it was very sad to see so much poverty, Haiti looks like a beautiful country.

My sister-in-law spent 3 months in Haiti helping after the earthquake for part of her doctorate program. She said the people were nice and the countryside was beautiful. They spent a few days hiking and camping all around.

I'd go if I had the chance. Safe travels.
