Maybe it's because I grew up near to the Atlantic Ocean but whenever anyone asks me if something is located on the ocean here I always say, "No, it's located on the Caribbean Sea."
Sorry Annabelle, but I know this is a great apartment located directly on the Caribbean Sea. Wish I could rent it!
