I'm a born and raised New Englander and our favorite topic of conversation is the weather.
As it seems another storm is hitting many once again, I would love to hear from you. Let us know what is happening where you are. Photos are always fun to see.
Sending all who are cold some sunshine and sustenance from my back yard.
Oh Rebecca you did again!! Look at the coolie plums. My mouth is watering as it has been years since i've had any.
Rebecca you are a teaser, aren't you? Why punish so many people?
Thanks Robert. I love those photos!!!!! The Stone's ginger wine and the overproof are perfect!!
We are all laughing here and (in a way) wishing we could come to the bar! What a great idea, and so inviting with the Christmas lights out front. Ah, Jamaican ingenuity at it's best no matter what the weather conditions. How's business?
Keep those photos coming!
Hey Robert is that establishment “ROBBIE’S SNOW BAR” approved by Parish Council?
One more thing, have you applied for your spirit license? Mind dem lock you down. Yow boss that’s a great idea!!! It Sell Off!!
Sorry, but I can't stop laughing. I just love this bar!! Maybe it's because I see the vodka "on ice" in the background.
Only one improvement I would suggest. A Jamaican flag flying out front! I bet it would increase sales.
Thanks again Robert!
LOVE the snow bar!!
I know you guys would get a laugh out of these. Glad you all like them. Rebecca I knew you would appreciate these. Thanks for the flag idea, very good one.
Hey Nick, the Mayor and his Inspection guys are too busy ticketing and towing people vehicles for parking on primary and secondary thorough ways and for throwing the snow back in the streets. Wouldn't be shocked if they come and check it out though.
Is Floyd reading this? He's got competition for coolest bar in the world, pun intended.
Cool cool, just need to put out the sign working on the permit, like in JA...some one will copy you now, what alse to do with all that SNOW...brrbrrbrrr, too cold for me
Oh by the way, nothing is for sale. This is just a hang out spot for friends and families.
Just a way for us to relax and have a drink while we are shoveling.
Love the igloo bar! Made us both smile.
Even better....the hole neighborhood should get together, just need to make it a bit larger..have fun
And from here in Hartford, Connecticut . . .
hey Robert where r u? Bar 2 cool. u frum here?
Am in Mass.
From where???? where is here?
here is frenchman
not from frechman.
Another Snow storm is underway as I type. Since I took the pictures above there has been another storm and the Jamaican Flag is flying high because the bar grew. I will post those pics later.
When this storm passes most like by tomorrow night 2/2/11 I will take new pics.
I am hoping it holds up, there is a lot of weight on it.
Lots of houses and other buildings roofs have been collapsing.
Sorry to hear of more snow - but can't wait to see the updated photos!
Stay safe and warm Robert.
After the snow last week.
See the flags
The only thing that would entice me to come back to the snow would be a night hanging at THIS bar!
Thanks Robert!!
