Many thanks to Mr.Tufton for fixing the road to the farm land in Little Park Beacon badly in need of it.

Is it Mr. Tufton's personal funds doing this or funds allocated by the government? We just want to thank the appropriate entity.

That's not Government money. Its your money.

True. It ALL Starts as money YOU paid--GCT, income taxes or property taxes or any other source of revenue. When the government pays for something they first take THEIR cut for salaries and Blackberrys and laptops and cars and other expenses. Then they use whats left for the people. This includes giving loans to people who might be able to get financed at a bank. All your doing is getting SOME of your own money back if your lucky.
