I understand the airport 2miles from Treasure beach is now open ,is there air taxi from Kingston ?

I think some people's excitement/ expectations might be running just a bit ahead of reality at the moment. A start-up aerodrome is not exactly a commercial airport. In time; perhaps. Even then, one should hope that it doesn't become too big. Not opposed to having a facility for small planes in the area, mind you.

As of now this facility is private and meant for guests of Island Outposts properties only. There is no commercial service offered for others who may wish to fly in and out of Treasure Beach but are not staying at Jakes.

Sooo, these is not a real AIRPORT, it is private and for the use of Jakes, how can anyone alse use these AIRPORT, if neccesary....?and what is the cost to Kingston or Montego Bay?...would be nice not to have to driveon those roads...

It is a REAL airport but it is private. You can use the airport only if you stay at Jakes and fly in either from Kingston or MoBay or another Island Outpost property.
