Hello! We are planning our 5th trip back to Great Bay and are looking for a place with at least 2 bedrooms. It will be my husband and I and one other friend.

I was wondering if the cottage behind Benny's Seaview Bar is available for rent. I think I remember a "For Rent" sign on the gate. Here's a picture (not a good picture) of the place I am thinking about.



If this place is not available does anyone know of somewhere else in Great Bay? We'd like to be no further from the beach than Goldman's (Tide's Reach) lane.

San Dune is a beautiful property. It would be fun to have a pool. Since we will be staying for 10 nights, the total cost would end up being out of our price range.

I thought San Dune was pretty inexpensive.
What do you want to pay per night?

I believe the property in the picture is owned by a gentleman last named Gayle. I don't think it's a guest house nor how to contact him.

It is inexpensive but when you multiply the nightly rate (3 people) by 10 nights that we would be there, the total cost would be $1500.00 usd.

We are looking to spend somewhere around $500.00usd for the 10 nights. $50 per night. We don't need hot water or air conditioning. No washer needed. Just somewhere clean and safe to sleep and cook some meals.

The Great Bay house in the photo is the same one I had hoped to be able to rent a couple of years ago. I have forgotten the owner's name (though I'm pretty sure "helping" is correct that his last name is Gayle ... first name starts with "M" I think). I'd love to hear if this house is available for rent. I'll be staying in Billy's Bay on my next visit (when I finally get to take advantage of my TB Foundation raffle win!), but I would love to find out about staying in this lovely house.
