Can anyone tell me how to contact the owner of the new house next to the Calabash House?

Just send us an email and we can assist you. The name of the house is Doc's on the Bay, a 5 bedroom villa with all the mod-coms located right on Calabash Bay beach, and you will soon see it added to our website.

Is this the 2 or 3 storey house near Doubloon?

It is set right in between Doubloon and Calabash House. From the roadside it is one story, but as it is built into a hill from the beach side it looks like a two-story house.
