are you kidding me,$195,000 for what ? Houses here in us going for under $100,000 now.

Location, location, location.

You can't always decide something is a better buy if it costs less. This is like comparing a $10,000 car to a $1,000 car. You will notice differences. There are homes in the US going for less than $100,000. But you might not want to live in them or live where they are located. From what I can see from the pictures and description, $195,000 looks like a fair price.
