The entertainment at Jack Sprat on Saturday night was absolutely superb! We were treated to not only the Black River High School Choir, but Green Island, Westmoreland, and DC Choirs as well. And each one was spectacular! Of course, Black River was the best - but I'm not prejudice or anything.
In addition there were cameo appearances of fabulous singers from Manchester and just loads of fun and entertainment.
The only draw back was the sound system was not as good as it could have been and there was no lighting on the stage. Therefore, few photos were taken as the lighting just wasn't there. But, trust me, this did not dampen the spirit of the audience as we all thoroughly enjoyed the show. The highlight for me was when the Green Island Choir came off the stage and into the audience and pulled up volunteers for dancing to Kumina!
Great night and so very talented young people. I hope we get an encore performance soon!
