I agree. When people have land for sale or a house for sale go ahead and post the pictures. If possible I think it's also a good idea to say what the price is. Or else this is a waste of time for the seller and any possible buyers. It's like going to a store and you can't see what they're selling or know the price. I would not even go to that store.
I agree Pictures and pricing. Being a real estate broker, I know this all too well. Good luck getting the phone to ring if you put an ad in the paper that says:

We are trying to be helpful. Haven't you heard of CONSTRUCTIVE criticism? Someone has a piece of property to sell. We are giving that person suggestions.

I feel somewhat embarrased that I said such a stupid thing actually. Maybe the seller just does not want the whole world to know and wishes to screen the potential buyer was what first came to mind. Even if that was not the reason, it was still stupid. PS...I know we cannot post personal; attacks, but I hope that does not include attacks on ourselves.
Property is worth what someone will pay for it.
Real estate sales usually have a lot of give and take.
I'd say posting and email address is enough. Then interested parties can palaver - privately.
