I must congratulate these two young ladies and their parents, its obvious these parents took great interest in their children's lives. Sometimes children are trying but the parental guidance is lacking.

Great work Trudy and Ruti, you always made Aunti proud. I am proud of Mommy and Daddy too, they did their best to support and guide you. I am proud for your Academic Achievements, but what I admire most about you is how much you care for others and how much you help others. Sometimes when I call you are off to the hospital to do some volunteer work, and sometimes you are helping other Students with their school work. This is really an accomplishment. Continue The Good Work.
To the Students who are trying do your best, and to those who have done their best congratulations.

Lorna mentioned that these girls are smart, intelligent and have enquiring minds since they were little girls. I believe some kids are born that way and they work at it, they do not sit on it. there are other kids who might not be academically inclined, but they are ambitious anyway, they want to be a carpenter, fisherman, driver etc.,as parents we should support and guide our children once they are ambitious. Not every child is going to be a doctor, lawyer, engineer or pilot. Parents do not pressure your child, the child might not want what you want, dont try to live your dream through your child.

I think Miss Olive from Billys Bay is Raymond Smith sister, that means these two young girls are Raymond's grand-nieces. I can only imagine if Raymond was around now, this would be the talk of the town. Raymond was lost at sea, he really loved his family.
