There's a famous quote that says "you can never go home again". This seems so true in our case. There was a time when we could freely walk the coastline from Billy's Bay to Great Bay. When someone mentioned "the hotel", we knew what they meant. We are famous now and "Treasure Beach" is on the map. I fear this is just the beginning. I for one prefer the dem good ole days. Days when there was nothing blocking our view of mountain or sea. Days when we were free to pick grapes and coco plums, or jump off any reef we chose. Certainly days when there were no fences or walls.
Yea those were good days, and if you didn't make mention I won't even remember about coco plum, I wonder how much of the kidz even know what is coco plum, a tree was by Bob vassell place there, a wonder if its still there? But bottom line is everybody want the beach, how much can one take with them after death?
