With all that is happening in the world I thought this movie was enlightening. It's 20 minutes long but well worth watching. I don't normally foward too many of these but this one is absolutely fantastic. Make sure to check out "behind the scenes". Please allow yourself some time after viewing decompress and meditate.

I watch alot of movies/film of all types both domestic and foreign. I must say that this was an excellent short film !!!!!!!!
It really makes a difference how one views himself. It not only makes a difference to that person, but also to others around him !
