The Annual Senior Dinner was held last night at the Calvary Assembly of God Church. The church with a committee of helpers. cooks, etc. headed up by Pastor Campbell and Miss Avril sponsor this wonderful event each year giving the senior's of the area a chance to gather together while enjoying good food, music, and friendship.

The church would like to thank Sunset Resort for providing the cutlery and Jakes for providing the tables and tablecloths.

Special thanks to Dr. Ford for taking blood pressures and giving medical advice to all who attended.

I would like to thank Pastor Campbell, Miss Avril, Miss Aleeda and all the others who put in a great deal of time and effort into making this such a special event.

I thoroughly enjoyed looking at these photos! As a younger resident of the community I am motivated to grow old when I look at how beautiful my people are; despite the challenges of life. I love to see when the church reach out like this - good job to Pastor Campbell and his team at Calvary Assembly!
My greatest wish is for them to live as long as ever, and looking forward to seeing you next year on this site again!

I just viewed the pictures from the Seniors Christmas Dinner, and it was a nostalgic moment for me to reminisce on those very sweet and dear people, most of whom I have crossed path with as a child. I can see the history in their beautiful faces shining through the different shades of skin color, enhanced by vivid color shades of eyes. It humbles me to see my own past and my future through this special group of people, and it pleases me to know that I was once a part of this wholesome community, it surely evoke beautiful memories of my childhood.

It sure would be negligent on my part if I missed this opportunity to say THANK YOU to the organizers of such a special and deserving event, and to wish my TB community a very healthy and prosperous new year.
