I can't seem to get into my c&w email inbox either- up to this morning (Saturday). Are you still having trouble, and if so what is c&w saying about the problem?
We can get into our mailbox okay. What is happening with us is folks are emailing us and the server is somehow either not picking up the emails or dropping them. Some get through and some don't. The person that sends the email does not get anything back to indicate we did not get the mail.
We reported it to CWJ on Wednesday and they said they would get back to us. Didn't hear from them. We tried to call to report it all day on Thursday including into the night and never received an answer on the 800 number. I finally got through to someone yesterday and they said they would get back to us. Still waiting . . .

Here is my problem- on three different laptops using my nokia (claro) thumbdrive connection
ALL websites pull up ok
When I go to c&w and sign into email, it just stays on the login screen, never going anywhere (the status bar will only show about half done then goes no further)
Tonite I had friends in Westmoreland try to get in my email from their connection. They got in and said I had 10 unread messages. Since I've not been in the inbox from THURS, I have to assume alot of my email is also missing as with all the spam I average 25 plus incoming mails a day.
Please post if you hear from them. This is serious for those of us using the net for business!
I have a pretty low threshold for the customer service level they provide, but will still try to put in a request for help from them, next time I have an hour or so to spare on the phone...
We've still not heard back from CWJ. We have no idea if they have fixed the problem or not. We are now getting emails from someone who's email was not coming through previously so we are hopeful.
I'm about to call them . . . again!
