Smurf's Cafe - 15 minutes
Jack Sprat's Cafe -7 minutes
Fisherman's - 9 minutes
Wild Onion - 10 minutes
Taino Cove - 15 minutes by road or beach
Eggy's Bar - 9 minutes
Pelican's Reach - 40 minutes down a back country road - great walk!

All are approximate times, actual times will depend on how often you stop to take a photo, chat with another passerby or stop to drink a cold drink/beer at any local shop along the way.

You can also try out The Fin restaurant and The seaside Pub at Button Bay. It is a fantastic place.

Is Button Bay walking distance from Calabash House? How long would it take?

It would take a LONG TIME to walk to Button Bay. It's miles from Calabash House - way out toward the end of Fort Charles. That's past Calabash Bay, Sandy Bank, Frenchmans and Billy's Bay. Wouldn't necessarily suggest that walk for after dark because the road leading through Fort Charles is narrow and bad.

Button Bay is a long walk from Calabash -- but you can always catch a cheep transport, it's less than a 10 min. ride and then after you get a drink you can walk around 10 min. to Fort Charles beach which is very long and secluded.
