IS NEPA CONCERNED ABOUT THE WALL THAT IS BUILT ON THE OLD WHARF BEACH, ST ELIZABETH?
THE WALL PREVENTS TURTLES FROM NESTING ON THE SAND DUNES. THIS AREA IS WELL KNOWN AS A TURTLE NESTING AREA.

WE DO NOT VALUE THE BEAUTIFUL BUT FRAGILE ENVIRONMENT WE HAVE BEEN BLESSED WITH. WE CONTINUE TO DESTROY OUR REEFS , BEACHES, RIVERS AND FORESTS.

WHEN WILL N.E.PA. AND ALL THE RELEVANT GOVERNMENT AGENCIES ENFORCE POLICY'S TO PROTECT JAMAICA LAND WE LOVE

HAS ANY ONE HEARD FROM, OR SEEN N.E.P.A. OR ANY OTHER GOVERMENT ORGANIZATION IN REGARDS TO THE WALL AT OLD WHARF. IS IT THAT; IF THEY SAY OR DO NOTHING THEN CITIZENS WILL JUST ACCEPT THE DISTRUCTION OF OUR BEACHES? ONCE AGAIN THE SYSTEM THAT IS THERE TO PROTECT US HAS FAILED.

Most things used run on go slow until the rigours of the season lifted. Is this still so?

Maybe by spring?

The unresposiveness of those that should be responsible is in itself a message.

I'm not sure if it's: "Cyaan badda", "Let it slide boys", "Tings fi gwaan" or "Later".

Our public servants keep things to their chests. Too bad we can't just ignore them and get on with it. Then maybe a start could be made.
