Is it ok to visit MARBLUE just for a drink/meal anytime during normal business hours or do they only cater to guests staying there? Heard something to that effect.

Marblue is very picky about who comes onto their property. I'd suggest you call them directly to make sure you're welcomed in that regard.

They can't be too picky as they let me in ;). But seriously, it has been my experience that they request advance notice/reservations as all food is prepared to order and they limit the number of guests they will take at a time to ensure top quality food and service, as well as making sure the guests staying there are not disturbed.
