Anyone know of a house available for rent in the great bay area for the month of january with room for 5 people? Not a villa please.

$500 per month plus utilities - Sleeps five in three bedrooms, one bathroom with bathtub,fully furnished, full kitchen, fenced yard down goldman lane in Great Bay (same lane as Driftwood Villa, Vikings and Ital Rest) water storage tank for when no wata deh a pipe, and owners are one yard over. Price is firm and references from previous long term tenants are no problem.

This is a quiet family area so family types need only check it.

Good place for a long-term rental.

Goldman lane? I have to chuckle. That is my husbands uncle. I thought it was Tides Reach Lane?

If it is the house I'l thinking of it is a cute likkle place. It is a very safe area. Easy walk to the shop and Mary Bay.

Mrs.R most people in the area call it the lane by goldman don't know anybody in GB that calls it Tides Reach Lane because not everyone can read but everyone does know who is goldman.

Funny case it is the same with legal name and pet name in Jamaica. Many people know someone only as Tuffy but don't know who is Roderick Smith etc.

Hey, Jim-Donna, check out the first reply in this thread. $500 per month vs $1500 per week. That would be a clue. How about longer term rental vs weekly, utilities extra vs housekeeper, groundskeeper and swimming pool included?

I know of a house in the same lane behind Sea Crab (Goldman's place)in Great Bay. It's a small house (neat and cute) 3 bedrooms (1 queen size bed, 1 full size and 1 twin) fully bathroom with tub and shower, new fully furnished kitchen, living room and 6 chair mahogany dining in the dining room, back and front verandah. 2 large water drum for when there is no water, one of which is connected to the bathroom.
