Which Govt. Dept. has jurisdiction over road work in Ja? I'm wondering if they have a website that can be accessed by the public in order to see what future local plans there are, and if they welcome wueries and suggestions from john public.

You could try the website www.nwa.gov.jm which is the National Works Agency of Jamaica. That might at least lead you somewhere.
