I was wandering too Uncle Peter.

Axel must be cooking Coq au Provence.

These classes are a good opportunity for hands on learning in a trade that is in demand.

All the best Axel.

Turey thanks for your honest and practical suggestion which I appreciate. I just had difficulty with the title - teens and free cocking class - in my Munro days merry would have been made with this one!

We at JC would also have made good use of it Uncle Peter.

Axel should rename some of our Jamaican dishes.

Mannish Water and Cow Cod Soup for a start.

Hey Axel, if this results in a new nickname for you, don't fret, many of us have a multitude of these. Some of mine could not be posted here.

As my old English friends used to say: "Right'o old cock!" said as the Queen would.

Will you still be doing cooking classes in January? I am a chef and restuarant owner in Canada and will be in the area on holidays for 3 weeks if you would be interested in a guest chef to do a class I woul be interested in teaching a class with you.
