I've had the exact same experience with an internet jukebox! People are so mainstreamed into Pop, Rock and Country in the U.S.A. that anything like Ska or Reggae is just so exotic. A breath of fresh air so to speak.
Have you ever played Reggae around little kids? 2, 3 or 4 year olds? They always break into a dance of delight. Kind of a Natural Mystic Moment. LOL!
Have "Felt the Power" myself for several years! Wish there was a good Reggae radio station in California. I haven't listened to the radio in 6 years! Don't miss it though! Love technology - got my itunes, got Pandora, got Sirius, got all the Reggae Vibes I and I need ONE LOVE Gentlemen!!!
Good Gracious I miss JAMAICA - booking my March 10' trip will relieve some of the longing!!!
Looking forward to the Reggae in the Valley Festival right there in St.Elizabeth
Tell me more about the Reggae festival, please. I take it that it's in March? An annual event?
