I recently sent a package to Vicas at the Fishermans Bar and was wondering if he received it. If you happen to see him, ask if he received a gift from Jennifer from NC and tell him I said hello. It was quite pricy to send so I am hoping it made it!!

There are so many posts regarding "what makes TB so special?" and Vicas is one of the reasons in my book!!! He was one of the nicest men I've ever met and was incredibly welcoming to me and my husband. Unfortgettable experience at Lyric Villa.

Great fish dinners as well.

Vicus is a treasure in Treasure Beach. He has the best soup we've had. Very nice people at Fishermans. I bought a T-shirt from his bar and it is now my favorite! The more I wash it the better it gets. One of the regrets I have about my trips down is that it took us until our 3rd trip until we met Vicus and his son. See you in February Vicus!

I bought one of those t shirts as well. Maybe ill wear it when i go in Nov. I could not remember Vicus,s name since I was there in July .

I too wear my Fishermans bar tshirt all the time and I love it when people ask me about TB because they've never heard of it. I included a "greetings from Walkertown, NC" t-shift in my package to him, partially as a joke because Walkertown is a tiny town in NC where I'm from and I'm sure he'll never run across anyone else with that shirt. :-)

I also included a picture of us at his bar in the package that I also have framed in a room dedicated to the caribbean in my house. It makes me smile every time I see it!
