Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, Hon. Dr. Christopher Tufton will be visiting The following Beaches to speak with the Fishers and Stakeholders.
1. Black River – St. Elizabeth.
Saturday, 26th of September, 2009 at 7:30 Am.
Venue: sea side at the river
2. Long Acres (Galleon Beach) – St. Elizabeth.
Sat. 26th September, 2009 at 10:00Am.
Venue: At the Gears Shed.
3. Calabash Bay – St. Elizabeth.
Sat. 3rd October, 2009 at 7:00Am.
Venue: On Kanhai’s podium.
4. Great Bay – St. Elizabeth.
Sat. 3rd October, 2009 at 10:00Am
Venue: Under The Cultural Shed.
Come and air your views and get information on the new fishery policy to be legislated soon. A team presentation lasting for two hours will be done at each venue. All fishers, hoteliers, restauranteurs, seafood processors and exporters are welcome.
