Sunrise or Sunset in Treasure Beach???
Sunrise? It's coming up over the Bluff. Beautiful!!!
Since that looks like Jakes in the foreground and I know that house in the background is one I can see from Sunset Resort and the sun sets on the other side it has to be Sunrise. It's beautiful since I'm rarely up to see it ; )
Beyond all squabbling....it took my breath away, it did. Especially after no seaside in too long.
Thanks.
Diffinetly Sunrise!!!
Is that Heron's Reef in the background?
Beautiful picture!
Absolutely majestic! Thanks for such a beautiful distraction.
Nice pic but don't be deceived!
It has been digitally fiddled with as it features bits of TB out of place and perspective!
Anyway, forget dawn or dusk. When did you see the sun that big? If the sun was in that position over the Bluff it would be about 9 or 10 a.m.and higher in the sky.
Nice try!
Spectacular! Thanks!
THIS IS JUST BREATHTAKING, SUCH A BEAUTIFUL PICTURE. OMG!!!
Why oh why does there always have to be someone to think negatively about something beautiful. Regardless if it is digital altered it is still a beautiful photo
To answer the question, it is both sunrise and sunset in Treasure Beach. I have 10 years worth of images that I always look at between trips to Treasure Beach. I am basically a purist about photography but I thought I would take some ARTISTIC LICENSE and enhance some of the images that express essence of Treasure Beach. I did use Photoshop and did not intend to offend anyone. All of the images I assure you are of Treasure Beach. I am working on making more of these images. If anyone is interested I'll be happy to post them as they come along.
These are the images used:
Looking east from Seapuss 3 at Jake's
Sunset from Hill Top on the way back from Little Ochee
More...please?
I'd like to see more. I loved it!
You are talented for sure !
I enjoy the photos.
ONE LOVE !!
Mike
I think it's amazing what you did...I'd love to see more
See disgusted - told you so!!!!
I would just point out for your benefit that nothing, and I mean nothing, negative has been said me or harpomarc about his submission which is both stunning, creative and a good talking point for all TBites. Well done harpomarc!
I have to say, I actually thought it was a painting ... and a beautiful one! The colors and the light made it look very painterly. Lovely image. That sunset photo is extraordinary. Thanks for sharing.
I enjoyed the picture, but I think it should have been mentioned in the initial posting that creative license was taken. When I first saw the picture I knew it was the bluff in Great Bay and initially was confused as to the buildings in the picture. Thanks for admitting that creative license was used.
