OMG these are amazing. The first one of the boats on the Little Ochi page is totally incredible. You are a fantastic photographer Miss Wingate.
Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for sharing these with us Jane. I love every one of the Jamaica photos, but I have to say you made me a bit homesick with the New Hampshire photos and sparked my memory of more than one family vacation spent in Nova Scotia when I was much younger.
What a lovely photographic journey.
very nice! God I hope we get to come this year!
Most amazing pix........thanks for sharing.
thanks to all above for your kind comments about my latest TB (etc) photos.
i hear you, rebecca. in some ways, once a new englander, always one. home is bred in the bones. :-)
As the down easterns say Ah ya, Ah ya!
these are wonderful pics - captures the essence of the beauty of this area. thank you for letting us know, where we live, vacation or just visit for a day.... its a gift to be able to make such beautiful piece of art - where nature is already art.
thanks, Andrea.
and rebecca, there probably ain't a whole lot of people who appreciate your "ah ya, ah ya." it's not easy to spell out to get the phonetics right. i think it might be more like "aye-yup" - with that p very softly voiced, and the "yup" emphasized just a bit. though sometimes the "aye" seems to get the stress. also, i bet you can hear this: that "yup/yuh" sometimes gets drug out, slurred. know what i mean?
and isn't this all just so fascinating? :-)
If the readers of this forum have not yet had the opportunity to have looked at these photographs, I urge you to do so. They are outstanding. Jane has amazing photographic talent.
