The tournament will be held Heroes Weekend October 17-19. Its guaranteed to be better than 2008.

Exactly how is this guaranteed to be better? Are there new events planned, free giveaways, etc.?

Is Tamesha a representative of the Tournament (Breds?) or simply someone stating her opinion?
