Congratulations to Marblue for taking home the Jamaica Observer food award for "Most Innovative Dish" for 2008/9. The dish is pork marinated in Jamaica's Old Pirate Wine and was created by Axel Wichterich.

This is their 4th year in a row for winning this award.

Congrats Andrea and Axel....I'm not surprised at all....I lOVE dinners there and now may just have to try this dish when I get back
