I just came from Winsome's Restaurant located on the beach at Frenchman's beach and had curried ackee on garlic toast as an appetizer. Mmmmmmm! The callaloo fritters, adobe chicken and freshly made carrot juice were also fabulous and extremely reasonably priced.

Now I've gotta go work out as I am sooooooo full!
