Happy Birthday Mr. Marley, after so long your music is still playing strong all across the world. We owe so much to you.

I'm extremely proud to be born in the same place as a wonderful entertainer and musician like you.

happy Birthday to Mr. Bob Marley , even though you are not here with us your music lives on with all of us. I don't know of anyone who doesn't own a album made by you even people who were born many years after you passed including me lol,has such a huge appreciation for your hardwork that was displayed for all to see all over the world. Here in the USA where i reside at the moment i feel such pride whenever i go out and hear your music playing in the clubs , parties etc it feels so nice to hear your voice through your music. To see the young people these days sporting a T-shirt with your picture or lyrics is quite amazing. You truly are an inspiration for us as Jamaicans and the world at large. so i thank you so much from the younger Jamaicans i would love to say much respect due everytime.

My bit is to show my apprecition for a great man. To say he is not alive is an understatement for we always will communicate, even when we have long left this earth. I show more appreciation for him now than when he was alive. He has left behind a legacy of music, lyrics and most importantly, black pride. Some ole school called him names, but this man has done more for Jamaica, the other West Indian Islands, and peoples worldwide, than anyone of his generation. For example,Will-i-am rendition of "One Love" the day before the Inaguaration in Washington DC? Talk the truth, werent we proud? I jumped for joy. I wear hair that looks like his with great pride, and now? I constantly sing his praise. Wake up everybody and show more appreciation for others while they are alive rather than when they are gone. Live on Bob (affictionaly called by a very strong Rita).
