I'm currently suffering from 13 inches of snow with a current temperature of 11 degrees. My husband and I are planning a trip to the wonderful island of Jamaica (for my 32nd bday kid free). Only thing is I don't know what part of the island we would enjoy the best and we only have seven days. I'm torn between the thought of Negril and TB. He wants sand and snorkle I want neat sights and good food. Any suggestions?
Help???

I vote TREASURE BEACH.

Stay in TB, go visit Negril for the day :-)

I second that! I have stayed in negril, port antonio and I have stayed in treasure beach many times and my partner and I definately prefer Treasure beach! Definately visit negril for the day.
I definately highly recomend TB for snorkeling and a very romantic holiday. Lots of extreemly quiet beaches and unspoilt landscape and very uncommercial a true escape from it all.We would highly recomend staying at sparkling waters, villa ja ja or dubloon and there are lots of other places too just I haven't stayed in them.
You will love treasure beach :-)
If you have any questions about our stay , fire away!
Get in touch with treasure tours , Rebecca will be able to help you book somewhere lovely to stay, arrange your transfer from and to the airport and also arrange any excursions during your stay.
I'm not too keen to stay in negril again unless it's just for a few days as part of a long trip purely because it's really touristy and quite noisy.hope this helps you decide.
Lisamarieclaire00@btinternet.com I can send you a few pictures too if you like.

You can get all both you and your husband want in Treasure Beach. You'll miss out on the night life if you don't stay in Negril. You'll also miss out on bikini clad college students walking drunk by the side of the road, lots of noise, and people trying to sell you anything about every five minutes. In Negril, you'll miss the real Jamaica.

Plus you have the amazing Calabash festival in MAY. It's gotta be Treasure Beach!
