I'm confused by this picture, too. This isn't the area that has been described as the sports park in the past. Please explain.

I am the owner of the land for sale

Pictures was taken to show the view you have if you had a house on the land
second picture with the cactus shows a part of the land for sale along with the view

I am not the owner of the sports park...but i have a good view of the park from my property....

Concerned Outsider you are 100% correct. Paul, what is going on here? This makes no sense. Are you connected with BREDS? Are you collecting money for the Sports Park? Why should someone contribute to a Sports Park that is not owned by community members and over which they have no control?

Here we go. Looks like the proverbial can of worms will once again be opened

So, if the sports park is built, it will be obstructing the view from this property?

Paul, I think the confusion we all felt when reading your first post was because you seem to be calling for donations for the sports park. Is your land connected to the land for the sports park in some way? Does it sit on the hill above the park?

If the sports park is built it would not obstruct the view from my land
my land is to the north west high above the sports park
just looking down at the park I thought it would be a good thing
if it was built.....I could see people using the facility from my house
and the park would be good for the community
that is why I made the appeal
I am in no way connected to the park
or the BREDS foundation.. I support the foundation because
it has done some good work in the community helping with the schools
and the fishing villages

Are they any houses near your property and how do I go about viewing your property. While I am in Treasure Beach?

Thanks for clarifying things Paul. I personally feel you should concentrate on selling your land and allow BREDS to solicit donations on their own for the Sports Park. I doubt you offended anyone. But the feelings on the Sports Park are so controversial you may have a more difficult time selling it if looks as though you are affiliated with it. On the other hand, someone else who's in favor of it might be more inclined to buy from you. Who knows?

Yes there are houses near the the property
one of the neighbours even have a private bar if you become friends
you could have a drink , enjoy the breeze and the sunset together
