Tb pentecostal church of god is 3/4 mile
from Calabash bay
I think it is the 5th building on the right up
from Sandy bank basic school.

Is the land near the Pentecostal Church beachfront? If not how far is it from the beach and what type of beach access is there? Also are there any villas among the surrounding dwellings? A few more questions - are there any structures on the land and does it have a good well.

My gracious...........where will anyone find that kind of dow in these hard times to buy land and what's on the land.Is there a view of the ocean?
Ocean view is very important to most people even if the land is not on the beach.

Maybe cuttting it up into lots would be the best thing to do.

the land near the Pentecostal church is not a beach front property it is about 3/4 mile from calabash bay beach which is a public beach there are no villas among the surrounding there is one house next to the land and a public well 12 feet from the fence

land in french mans is 10min walk from the beach
public access to the beach
there are villas among the surrounding dwellings but no well
