In the past I used Air Jamaica all the times, but now I would not set foot on any Air J. flights.
The last fight I was on, was suppose to be a non-stop from Atlanta to MoBay, but it stopped in Miami. There is just to much uncertainty with Air J. for me to use them.
It was much better when Butch Stewart own most of the company.
The goverment should let it go under, insteat of spending millions to keep it going !!
That money could be better spend on the people of Jamaica !!

Hey any cheap airfares to Jamaica and I don't care what airline it is on. Gives me more money to spend in the country!

And unfortunatley when it comes 'National' Airlines, pride overtakes financial costs. Apparently once a country loses its airline it loses face big time!

Don't be so harsh with good ole Air Jamaica, smile. I think we all have stories to tell about Air Jamaica, but bottom line is, it is still one of the best and it takes you to home sweet home.

I LOVE Air Jamaica. They have direct flights from many locations, particularly nice especially if a connecting flight might be delayed due to weather. You still get a real meal. You can check two suitcases without an extra fee. Plus, you get real Jamaican hospitality the moment you board.
