I just called and Jack Sprat will be hosting the Rising Star winners Cameal Davis and Kahlil tonight. Gate opens at 7 p.m.

Don't forget tomorrow night is the benefit concert to raise money for the fisherman's children's education. Gregory Isaacs and many others will be performing. Admission only $300 JA.

Oh how I wish I was there at Jack Sprat tonight.But even better, I wish I could rock to Gregory tomorrow. Had I heard about these two venue earlier, I maybe would have return to US later. Afterall, I was down for Merritone anniversary and could have extended my stay and drop by TB. I would also see some cousins in nearby surroundings. lol.

How did the benefit concer for the fisherman's children's ecucation go?
Was there a good turn out and some funds raised for the children?

I'm afraid the heavy rains kept many away on Sunday night which is a real shame. The good news is many purchased tickets in advance.

I have asked BREDS about the turn-out, etc. and they are still working on the final numbers. They will let us know when all is settled.

So how was the turnout?
Was BREDS able to make some money to help the fishermans children?
