What is the correct side of the road to walk on? What about riding bicycles?

That's a good question.

All things being equal, I agree wth Daniel above. But I also take into consideration what the road features are...is there a sharp turn with over grown grass preventing a driver from seeing me if I'm walking on the left, are there pot holes which will cause the driver to drive on the 'wrong' side, etc.
