Eggie's located on Frenchman's Beach serves great fish, lobster, and chicken dishes. Not sure if he serves hamburgers or hot dogs, but the fresh fish and lobster are delicious. Jack Sprat also has great seafood, pizza and ice cream.

There are small bars located on both Billy's Bay and Calabash Bay beaches which also serve fish dinners. I'm not sure about Great Bay. Does anyone know if there is a place on Great Bay beach to get cooked food?

Michael's Cookshop is in Great Bay. He is next to the store and behind the brown bar at the end of the beach. It was sooo good. We ate there almost everyday. $500j for a meal. Fresh fish and fries or rice and peas. He also cooked up an entire kingfish for our group of 6. He even let us watch him cook it up which I found fascinating.

Jamaicans don't want Hot Dog and Hamburger it does not produce fast runners and Olympic champions.

Frenchman Girl...so true...we can't win gold from burger and hot dog. The only positive thing I must say about this idea is that TB is a tourist area where a lot of them come with their young kids. Not all kids want fish, rice and peas and yard food (Even though it's good for them) but mostly want something simple that they are probably more accustomed to overseas.

There's nothing like good food, cooked well. When my family visits TB, Jamaica in general, or any of the islands from Canada, we all look forward to the great local food! Jack Sprat's pizza is the closest we come to "fast food" when we visit, and that isn't even a first choice.
