Dont know if anyone remember a girl name Stephanie and her twin baby boys that were killed in an accident Christmas Eve of 1998. I heard that the driver that was driving the car was sentenced to 4 years in jail. Can anyone shed any light on it to say if it is true.

It happened ten years ago. It is true he was sentenced to four years in prison.
