We are painfully aware that airline prices seem to be increasing daily, and we know this is impacting many people’s decisions to travel afar.

So, to make things easier for our guests, we are willing to help with the airfare costs.

• For all new Saturday to Saturday bookings made between now and August 31, 2008—no matter when they are for—we will take $100 per week off the rental cost for each adult guest. (For example, you have five adults in your party, and you stay for two weeks—Saturday to Saturday—that will be $1,000 off your rental.) This applies for rentals for the remainder of 2008, for 2009, including high season rentals. Please note we consider something "booked" when we have your deposit in hand, so please do not wait until August 31.

• To allow people to take advantage of lower midweek fares, we will now be accepting one week-plus rentals other than from Saturday to Saturday, as long as your rental is not in high season. No rebate comes with this offer because you’ll get your savings directly from the airline.

• If you have already booked a Saturday to Saturday stay with us and you have not yet procured your airline tickets, just send us a copy of your ticket when you purchase it, and we’ll apply the rebate to your final payment. If you’ve already booked a stay with us and have your tickets, we trust you bought them when fares were lower. There would be no rebates toward tickets already purchased.
