Ask I ask of human intervention aka development in TB, I ask of this and any other project in Jamaica. But especially for us because it's around the corner.

Will the structures be designed with cisterns for storage of water, proper catchment fittings and water treatment in house?

Will there be research on the appropriate photvoltaic systems, controls and batteries for the project? Will there be financing and tutoring set up for this? Wind energy?

Will composting or other toilet systems be investigated and intalled?

Will there be sufficient natural green space set aside?

Will veg and fruit farming be encouraged and provided for? Will the old trees be left?

Will there be modern sports, club and recreational facilities for the residents?

Will there eventualy be a community where only human or electric vehicles are allowed?

Will noise limits be in place?

Will there be a ban of burning all household waste? Will there be a recycling system in place?

Will the health center, schools and library be built first?

Etc.

When I see some stirring in these directions, I'll start looking for the new bloods coming into play or some of us fossils waking up.
