Tanesha, I would recommend you call them as you are the one persuing the postion. Their number is listed in their ad here on this site. Doing the ground work is part of applying for the position. It shows professionalism and enthusiasm.

Actually, I don't think it really matters as the title of the ad asks for a waiter and the message asks for a waitress. I would assume from that either would be acceptable.
