You could try Kinkead's or Ebanks stores. Kinkead is in Tophill. I can't remember if Ebanks is in Southfield or Junction.

There is a second hand store in Junction with a lot of very nice furniture in good condition. It is in the plaza where Singer and Super Plus are. Azan's down the road a bit farther has a few things as well, plus tons of other household goods.

The hand made stuff is the best.

I saw some wicked beds by the road near Maggoty.

Yes, I was in Jamaica for christmas. I visited my aunt in Newell, slept on a bed and wanted to take the bed back to Canada. I love the bed!! The bed was bought from a furniture store. Someone from the area came over the house and said, "I made that bed for the furniture store." I am sure you will find someone to make the furniture-----just be careful who you trust with the money, though. I cannot recommedn anyone as I do not know the honesty of people these days.

There are some hand made wooden funiture being made my a charitable group of blind men near treasure beach. I saw 2 polished wooden rocking chairs they had made for sale at the TB women's group and they were only $120 each. I so wanted to take one with me.
Call Susan at the womens group and she can place orders for you 1 876 965 3878

Try Southern Supplies and Services by the Sandy Bank school, they have some nice pieces there and are built locally.
