Cinnamonis very good for us to eat but,please don't go overboard when using it.There is a compound found in it called "Coumarin" which if taken in high doses can be very toxic to our systems.
Taking 1/2 teaspoon daily in your porridge/or in a drink of apple juice with honey is an excellent idea. Sprinkling it on toast along with honey,dry cereal with milk and honey or Waffles/pancakes with sugar free syrup. Use it to your liking just follow the right measurement .
AT THE SAME TIME TAKE YOUR DIABETES MEDICATION IF YOU ARE ON ONE.
Lets not forget that these natural remedies have been around far longer than "conventional" medicine & prescription meds have.
