The Treasure Beach Women's Group is holding its 4th Annual Yard Sale on Monday, August 2 at the corner of the Calabash Bay Beach road access. The sale starts at 10 a.m. and ends at 4 p.m. Lots of great items have been donated, so come and find your treasure!

Donkey rides, face painting, grab bag, and a raffle for a free weekend at Couples, Renaissance Grand, and Sandals Resort are amoung the other activities offered.

Jerk and fried chicken, escovietch fish and drinks on sale.

This is the largest fund raiser held for the Treasure Beach Women's Group, so come out and support this great organization!

Bicycles are being greased, muscles are being stretched, and there is an air of excitment in Treasure Beach anticipating the 9th Annual Triathlon being held next Sunday May 2. The triathlon consists of a 500 meter swim in the sea, a 25k mountain bike ride, and lastly a 7k cross country run. You can enter as an individual or as a team. T

The triathlon starts at 7:00 a.m. in Great Bay for the swim and concludes at Jack Sprat. Following the triathlon will be a party at Jack Sprat including a mini triathlon for the children, prizes, surprises, good food, music, and fun!

In addition, this year Sunset Resort is sponsoring a 7k Sunset Run on Saturday, May 1 to help the athletes gear up for the big event the next day.

For information on how to enter the Sunset Run, please contact Sunset Resort at 876-965-0143 and for information on how to enter the Triathlon, please contact Jake's at 876-965-3000.

All proceeds from both events will benefit BREDS.

Come out and participate either by entering the event or cheering on the athletes!

This Sunday they will feature a comedy act known as 'The Fresh Boys Dancers' in addition to the live band.

Faraway, the newest member of the TBNet family, is set in an area much the opposite of beach life. Its a private retreat located in the misty Blue Mountains surrounded by incredible tropical foilage and the birds they attract. Give them a check.
